Terms and Conditions:

  • A booking will be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of a 20% booking fee (non-refundable), with balance by arrangement.

  • All guests should arrive after 3pm and vacate by 11am.

  • A damage deposit of £100.00 is payable with the balance, to be returned to guests following satisfactory inspection. Guests will be held responsible for any damages during their period of rental.

  • The management do not accept any liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by the clients on our property during their stay.
